He's 14, done community service twice, been on probation for 6 months, and I just don't think he knows what he does is wrong, or doesn't care. Yes, he is spoiled, the youngest of 3(the other 2 are grown), but he is wearing me down. Is there any body or place out there that can help me without costing me an arm and a leg?
