Well, I'm not sure where you and your son are from, but I live in a semi-small town outside of Tulsa, Oklahoma and there is a place here called Thunderbird Youth Academy. This is a start, what I mean by that is, I am a social service worker for the Cherokee Nation and I have heard many good things about their program. Their contact number is 918-824-4850. This is a full-time school for "misguided youth" I guess you would say. Kids that start here usually have parents who are feeling a lot like you, hopeless and have nowhere left to turn. You may not live anywhere near Pryor, Oklahoma but you could at least give them a call and find out if they could recommend anything else. Oh, and I'm pretty sure there is no fee or admission either. The teen has to be in trouble with the law and such. Hope this helps, or didn't get to you too late.
